Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.
Please place an order through our online shopping cart first, then write down your family name and your Order Number in the description of the check.
Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout process. Please be sure to put the laptopbatterybbs and your family name on the back of your check or money order when you send us, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment.

Tax
Our price is without any sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.
Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
Shipping
Items are generally shipped out in next 2 business day after payment has been verified.
We ship mainly through Hong Kong Post transport goods to the United States, Britain, Canada and Australia. To these four countries, goods will reach in 7-14 days. The transport to other countries need more time, we will send in registered form and inform tracking number.
We also use Fedex to ship the goods. If you choose Fedex to ship the goods you will receive them in 3-5 days but more expensive
Please provide your correct and detailed address and your phone number to ensure the delivery on time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. If you need to change your address, please change it in Paypal before you pay.
Our prices (freight) do not include any tariffs or other taxes; if you have any questions please contact local Customs before you buy the goods
Warranty and Return Policy
All our products have a one year warranty. Defective products can be changed during the warranty
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date we will change another one for you or refund your money back
If you buy the wrong products, please inform us as soon as possible. But If your order has been sent, then all the costs (including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc.) are for your account.
